I am a self-taught artist from Romania and I've been drawing since I was little and I'll probably never stop, hihi.
I have experience working in Adobe Photoshop, Procreate and a bit of Blender. I absolutely adore creating illustrations and designing characters.

Terms & Conditions

You (the client) must read and confirm that you agree with the following terms and conditions in order to commission me.
So please read all the information provided below before proceeding to place an order.
1. GENERAL TERMS⦁ I, Denisa Krivan/denisa_draws (the artist) have the right to reject any order for any reason.⦁ I will draw only in my style, so I will not consider change requests like "Can you draw the eyes differently?" because I can't and I won't change my drawing style.⦁ I will not draw gore, furry, mecha, or hateful art.⦁ All communication related to commission work should be done through email.⦁ I do not work on Holidays.
2. WHAT WILL YOU GET?⦁ I only do digital art commissions, so you will receive a digital file of the artwork, suitable for printing.⦁ No physical copies of the artwork are included.⦁ You will receive the full-resolution file of the final artwork, with the size varying according to the commission. Additionally, a smaller web version will be provided, which you can choose to post online if you desire.⦁ You will receive the finished artwork either via email or through a Google Drive link that I will provide for you to download.⦁ The final file format is typically PNG or JPG, with a resolution of 300 dpi.
3. PAYMENT⦁ Payment is in € (EURO) currency via PayPal.⦁ The payment is required in full upfront. PayPal will automatically convert the amount.⦁ I will send you the invoice once I'm prepared to begin your commission. Therefore, please wait until I send you the PayPal invoice and I have confirmed my agreement to proceed with your commission request before making any payment.⦁ There are no refunds once the payment has been made.⦁ The prices listed in the price list are not fixed; they are provided as a reference and are subject to change based on demand. The cost may increase due to complex details, props, animals, wings, and/or the complexity of the background which can also may affect the price.⦁ The commercial use license will be priced at twice the cost of the personal license. For example, if the commission price is 50€, purchasing the copyright for commercial use will be 100€.
4. PROCESS AND DELIVERY⦁ First you have to fill out the commission form, then I will contact you so we can discuss the order details.⦁ Once I determine the price, I will send you a PayPal invoice, and upon payment, your spot will be secured in my queue.⦁ After the payment is received, I will start working on the sketch and send it to you, so you can approve and/or request adjustments if necessary.⦁ Once I begin working on your piece, it will be necessary for us to maintain constant communication throughout the various stages. Your feedback will be crucial at every step of the process.⦁ The time required to complete your commission can range from 1 to 2 weeks, but you will be notified if there are any changes regarding the delivery time due to external
factors such as the artist’s health, other ongoing projects or an increase in artwork complexity due to additional changes or delays in response from the client when needed.⦁ Please let me know if you have a deadline for your commission, because a rush fee may be required.⦁ Reference pictures are required so that I can gain a clearer understanding of your vision for the artwork.⦁ I will provide updates on your commission at each point, so please respond asap so we can avoid any delay.
5. REVISIONS & CHANGES⦁ The client will have a chance to make 3 major changes per artwork.⦁ The sketch stage is the only time you can request major changes (e.g., pose, composition, hairstyle, facial expression, outfit, pets, props, background etc.). Minor changes (e.g., colors, adding/removing small accessories etc.) are allowed at any stage.⦁ If the client insists on making more major changes later in the process those will be charged separately.
6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY⦁ I reserve the right to display the artwork created for personal use in my portfolio and on my social media, but when it comes to commissions with commercial use license, I will only be able to do these things only with client's permission.⦁ You do not have the right to claim that the commissioned artwork was created by you (this applies even if you have purchased the copyright).⦁ You (the client) are allowed to upload the final artowork on any website or/and social media platform as long as you give me proper credit. Proper credit entails mentioning my name or tagging me (this condition is applicable only for personal use commissions).⦁ If the commission is for personal use, I have the right to make any changes/modifications to the piece after it is delivered to the client. This includes re-using the pose, composition, and/or color palette. This does not include the character design/composition
itself that belongs to the client (unless the client commissioned the artist to design the character or the composition as well, which is discussed individually per commission).⦁ Commercial commissions involve me (the artist) selling the copyright of the artwork to you (the client).⦁ If you (the client) have not purchased the copyright of the artwork, you are not allowed to make any profit from the final artwork (e.g., reselling, redistributing, etc.), this includes selling it as merchandise, prints, stickers or use it on editorial products. Additionally, you are not permitted to modify, reproduce or use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or cryptocurrency purposes. Doing any of the above will lead to copyright infringement.⦁ Commissions that are for personal use come with my watermark/signature on them. This means that the signature/watermark must not be removed from the artwork.
7. CANCELATION & REFUNDS⦁ Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted once I receive your payment.⦁ If for any reason I, the artist see myself not able to start/finish the commission due to unexpected circumstances, you will receive a full refund, and the order will be canceled.⦁ If you are getting a refund please do not request a PayPal chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you, myself.⦁ If you still request a chargeback even if you were not allowed a refund, your commission will be immediately canceled and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. Your chargeback will be declined and I'll see myself obligated to send Paypal our conversations as proof that the terms and conditions have been broken from your side.⦁ Any rude or harmful behavoiur towards me will lead to the termination of the commission, and any payments made will not be refunded.⦁ Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.⦁ If the client breaks any of the terms and conditions they will lose all the aforementioned rights to the artwork they commissioned and I, will retain the full right to profit from the artwork created as I see fit.
8. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION⦁ Making a customer happy with their commission is my top priority, so please if you have a problem regarding the artwork you commissioned please notify me so we can find a solution together (as long as the solution doesn't break any of the Terms and Conditions points aforementioned here).⦁ As much as I would love for my customers to be 100% happy with the commissioned result, there's always a possibility that such a thing might not be the case, however claiming dissatisfaction does not warrant a refund, because the client has the right to 3 major changes during the sketching phase and minor changes at any stage.
